You can purchase passes directly at Lallycooler.com or by visiting 3eEncore.com. Lallycooler Music Festival passes will be issued electronically via the 3eEncore App 30 days prior to the festival. If you currently have the 3eEncore App downloaded, your pass will go directly to the app. If you are a first-time user, you’ll receive an email to download the 3e Encore app which will house your ticket.

Gates will open at 4pm on Friday and the first band takes the stage at 5:30pm. Saturday the gates will open at 2pm and the first band will take the stage at 4pm. Shuttles will begin 30 minutes prior to gate times.

Yes, day-of passes will be available at the festival box office. For the quickest and most convenient way to secure your spot, we recommend purchasing your passes online at Lallycooler.com or 3eEncore.com.

Re-entry will be allowed for those with a valid ticket and wristband.

Once a pass is scanned at the festival, it cannot be transferred to another user.

While our Pit section is standing-room only, Great Bear’s ski hill offers natural amphitheater-style seating for General Admission pass holders. General Admission pass holders can also enjoy “Chair World,” a section in the GA area of the festival in which passholders can bring their own chair in a bag and relax in style. For Ultra VIP Pass holders, enjoy exclusive access to the air-conditioned Lodge, complete with indoor lounge and dining seating. The Lodge’s deck offers a cocktail setup, so VIP guests can relax and watch the performances in comfort!

Please note, there will be no specific activities for children and alcohol will be available for purchase at the event. Admission is free for children 2 years old and under. Children ages 3 and older require a full-priced ticket. Festival management considers parents/guardians to be the best decision-makers on what is appropriate for their children and families.

Yes! The festival is fully cashless. You can purchase food, drinks and merchandise using credit/debit cards. Be sure to bring your cashless payment method to enjoy a smooth experience!

Parking will not be available at Great Bear. Free shuttle service will be offered from Jefferson High School, Washington High School, Denny Sanford Premier Center and USF Sports Complex. ADA Shuttles will be available from the Washington High School lot. Shuttles will start 30 minutes before gates open and run continuously from those shuttle sites until 9:30pm. After 9:30pm the shuttles will only take you from Great Bear to a parking lot.  Get ready for easy and fun transportation to the festival!

Outside food and drinks are not allowed. There will be plenty of amazing food and beverage vendors serving up a delicious variety of options!
