No professional cameras or film making equipment are allowed into the event.

All guests are subject to bag checks and security screenings upon entry. Any prohibited items found will be confiscated, and violators may be denied entry or removed from the event.

Guests cannot bring:

• Glass, cans and aluminum bottles
• Coolers (soft or hard bodied)
• Laser pens and pointers
• Drones
• Video cameras, GoPros, audio recording equipment and mono/tripods
• Cameras with lenses over 6″ long
• Laptop computers, iPads and tablets
• Umbrellas
• Tents
• Wagons
• Firearms, knives and weapons of any kind, including toy weapons
• Illegal drugs or substances
• Alcoholic beverages
• Signs, banners and flags on poles, staffs and selfie sticks
• Animals (except service animals) Lallycooler Music Festival welcomes services animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act to accompany their owner. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, therapy animals and pets are not permitted. Service animals must be on a leash or harness at all times.
• Air horns, whistles, cowbells and other distracting noisemakers
• Projectiles (frisbees, beach balls, footballs, etc.)
• Aerosol cans (mace, pepper spray, hairspray, bug spray, etc.)
• Fireworks and other explosives
• Confetti, stickers and glitter

For the safety and security of our event, our festival team has the right to deem any other items not listed unfit or unsafe.

The use of drugs or any illegal substances is strictly prohibited at Lallycooler Music Festival. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone from the festival who does not comply with our rules, local laws or federal regulations. Individuals engaging in illegal, disruptive or offensive behavior will be escorted from the event without a refund. Let’s keep it fun and safe for everyone!

Lallycooler is committed to making the festival as accessible and inclusive as possible for all attendees. The festival takes place outdoors, the majority across a mix of grass and other natural terrain – including some elevation changes.

Please note: The entrance gates and Vendor Village consist of terrain designed for motor vehicles. Distances between entrances and the stage can be long, and wet weather may cause muddy conditions.

Where can I park?

Parking is not available on the Festival grounds. Free courtesy shuttles are available for your convenience.

Are there accessible shuttles?

Yes, we will have accessible shuttles available at Washington High School.

Do you have a designated area for people with mobility disabilities?

Accessible viewing areas are located in our General Admission and Ultra VIP sections and are indicated on our Festival Map. Attendees must present a valid ticket for admission into the Festival, and purchasing a separate accessible ticket is not necessary.

Please note that our accessible viewing areas have a limited capacity and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We cannot save or reserve spots.

The General Admission accessible viewing area is located on a more level area of grass. Accessible portable toilets are available and shown on the Festival Map.

The Ultra VIP Lodge provides access to indoor viewing and outdoor viewing on an elevated deck. In addition, this section includes indoor restrooms.

Passholders are permitted to bring lawn chairs into the festival for use in the “Chair World” section of the General Admission area. Lawn chair use is not permitted in any other area.

Lallycooler does not provide mobility devices, personal care attendants or personal transportation services, such as golf carts. We recommend bringing any necessary support equipment or caregivers.

Can I bring service animals?

Service animals are welcome and must be under the supervision and control of their handler at all times. All other animals, including emotional support animals, are not permitted.

If you are bringing a service animal to the festival, please stop at the Box Office upon arrival to receive credentials.

Service animals must be housebroken. Handlers are required to be prepared for, and clean-up after, their animals at all times. We reserve the right to remove or refuse access to any service animal if that animal is deemed to be a health or safety risk to others or out of control. Handlers will be responsible for and liable for any damage or injury caused by the service animal. All animals should have legally required vaccinations.

We do not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to changes in personal schedules, weather or other unforeseen events. Prices, dates, times, performers and performances are subject to change. Such changes do not dictate a refund or exchange unless authorized by the producer, promoter or 3e Encore. By purchasing these passes, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

Please note that all festival pass purchases are final. Credit card transaction charges are not refundable. Once redeemed, passes and tickets are non-transferable. Once a pass is scanned at the festival, it cannot be transferred to another user.

If the event is cancelled, the price of your pass and taxes will be refunded.

Lallycooler Music Festival is rain or shine! In cases of severe weather such as lightning nearby, hail, flooding or tornado warnings, the festival may be paused or evacuated for safety as directed by local emergency personnel. Our team will monitor conditions and will work with experts to ensure a safe experience. If severe weather impacts the festival, we’ll provide updates on our website and social media. If the event is cancelled, the price of your pass and taxes will be refunded.

Present your weekend or single-day pass at the festival entrance to receive a wristband.

Only passes/wristbands provided from Lallycooler Music Festival are valid. If you purchased from an unauthorized source and/or the pass is counterfeit, you will not be allowed entry.

Admission wristbands are required to be worn at all times while attending Lallycooler Music Festival. Wristbands MUST be worn securely on the wrist and cannot be slipped on and off.

Do NOT remove between days, stretch or tamper with your wristband in any way, or you will not be allowed entry.

Wristbands are NON-TRANSFERABLE.

Damaged, lost or stolen wristbands can be exchanged by the original purchaser for a new wristband, one time only, at the festival Box Office for a fee. You must show proof of purchase and turn in damaged wristband to receive replacement band.

Subsequent and/or multiple presentations of a counterfeited wristband are VOID and will be seized by festival security staff

The Box Office will be located at the Lallycooler Music Festival entrance for ticket purchases and wristband exchanges.

Anyone with a tampered wristband is subject to removal by festival security.

If your wristband is removed by festival security/event staff for any reason, it WILL NOT be replaced.

By attending Lallycooler Music Festival, you acknowledge and agree that you may be photographed, filmed or otherwise recorded. Your presence at the event constitutes your consent to such recording and to the use of your image, voice and name in any and all media, now known or hereafter devised, throughout the universe in perpetuity, for any purpose related to the promotion of Lallycooler Music Festival.

All photography, filming and recording will be conducted in reliance on this consent.

If you are unable to be photographed or recorded for any reason, please report to Festival Headquarters upon arrival to receive a designated lanyard. This will help media personnel and photographers identify individuals who should not be captured in photos or video.
