Your festival pass is digital and available in the 3e Encore Digital Wallet app. Simply download the 3e Encore Digital Wallet app inside your Google Play Store or Apple App Store. The app makes it easy to manage or transfer passes anytime.

Wristbands are required for entry and must be worn all weekend. You’ll receive yours when your pass is scanned at the gate.

Lost, damaged or stolen wristbands can be replaced once at the festival box office by the original purchaser (replacement fees apply).

Parking/Lyft/Uber: Parking and rideshare drop off will not be available at Great Bear Ski Valley. For safety reasons, walk-ins will not be allowed and guests arriving on foot will be turned away. Please use the designated shuttle service for entry.

Shuttle Service: For a smooth and stress-free experience, we will provide your ride! Free shuttle service will be offered from Jefferson High School, Washington High School (ADA accommodations), Denny Sanford Premier Center and USF Sports Complex right to the festival entrance.

We are hosting a new shoe drive for The Foster Network’s Back-to-School event at all Lallycooler Shuttle locations. You can drop off new shoes in youth and adult sizes (from 10C up to men’s size 15) in the black carts at any of the four shuttle locations.

In addition to shoes, donations of new sweatshirts and packs of new underwear (in all youth and adult sizes) are also welcome. Please place these items in The Foster Network donation drop-off bins.

“Chair World” is a section in the General Admission area of the festival in which passholders can bring their own lawn chair and relax in style in a more level area of Great Bear.

By entering the Lallycooler Music Festival, you acknowledge that you’re attending at your own risk. The festival and its organizers are not responsible for any personal injury, property damage or loss that may occur. Please take care of yourself and your belongings while enjoying the event and using festival-provided transportation.

By attending, you also consent to being photographed, filmed or otherwise recorded. Your presence grants permission for your image, voice and name to be used in any and all media, now known or hereafter devised, throughout the universe in perpetuity, for any purpose related to the promotion of Lallycooler Music Festival.
