Essential Info
This festival isn’t possible without the help of hundreds of volunteers working together to make this event a success. Volunteers can help with a variety of tasks from hanging signage in the days before the festival to running the info booth to tearing down the festival grounds after all the fun is done. We’d love for you to join in our work to make this the best music festival in our region. Sign up today!

What Are the Perks?
Volunteers can enjoy one of the following:
- Serve for 4 hours and enjoy the rest of the same day’s festivities (at the General Admission level) for free
- Serve for 4 hours and purchase a General Admission ticket for a later day of the festival at a discount
- This perk is valid for volunteers who serve before the end of the night on Friday, July 11
- Serve for 8 hours and enjoy a free General Admission ticket to the festival on a later day
- This perk is valid for volunteers who serve before the end of the night on Friday, July 11
- Serve for 4 or more hours and receive a Pavilion gift card after the festival
- Serve as a group of volunteers and receive a monetary stipend to support your organization
Note: All above-listed perks may only be enjoyed after completing your agreed-upon volunteer session(s)

Where did the name come from?
“Lallycooler” is vintage South Dakota slang for “a great success.”
How do I sign up?

How do I get there?
All Lallycooler volunteers, staff and guests will get to and from Great Bear via free shuttles during festival days. No outside vehicles will be allowed to enter the venue during the festival on July 11 and 12.
What do I wear?
We’ll provide you with a free volunteer t-shirt to wear and keep! Please dress comfortably and modestly for the event. Volunteers are welcome to wear shorts (no ripped denim, please) and hats and are required to wear close-toed shoes. Remember to bring sunscreen, too!
