How to Attend

Clear bags must be smaller than 12″ x 12″ x 6″. Opaque bags must be smaller than 4.5″ x 6.5″

Official photographers and videographers will be on-site. By entering the festival, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional use.

Personal phone photos are welcome. Professional cameras and drones are not permitted without prior approval.

All guests are subject to bag checks and security screenings upon entry. Any prohibited items found will be confiscated, and violators may be denied entry or removed from the event.

Guests cannot bring:

• Any bag larger than 12″ x 12″ x 6″ and opaque bags larger than 4.5″ x 6.5″
• Outside food and beverage items
• Glass, cans and aluminum bottles
• Coolers (soft or hard bodied)
• Laser pens and pointers
• Drones
• Video cameras, GoPros, audio recording equipment and mono/tripods
• Cameras with lenses over 6″ long
• Laptop computers, iPads and tablets
• Umbrellas
• Tents
• Wagons
• Firearms, knives and weapons of any kind, including toy weapons
• Illegal drugs or substances
• Alcoholic beverages
• Signs, banners and flags on poles, staffs and selfie sticks
• Animals (except service animals) Lallycooler Music Festival welcomes services animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act to accompany their owner. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, therapy animals and pets are not permitted. Service animals must be on a leash or harness at all times.
• Air horns, whistles, cowbells and other distracting noisemakers
• Projectiles (frisbees, beach balls, footballs, etc.)
• Aerosol cans (mace, pepper spray, hairspray, bug spray, etc.)
• Fireworks and other explosives
• Confetti, stickers and glitter
• Obscene or indecent clothing
• Balloons
• Fliers and posters
• Wheeled footwear, skateboards, hover boards or Segways
• Bad vibes

For the safety and security of our event, our festival team has the right to deem any other items not listed unfit or unsafe.

The use of drugs or any illegal substances is strictly prohibited at Lallycooler Music Festival. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone from the festival who does not comply with our rules, local laws or federal regulations. Individuals engaging in illegal, disruptive or offensive behavior will be escorted from the event without a refund. Let’s keep it fun and safe for everyone!

Do you have a designated area for people with mobility disabilities?

Accessible viewing areas are indicated on our Festival Map. Attendees must present a valid ticket for admission into the Festival, and purchasing a separate accessible ticket is not necessary.

Please note that our accessible viewing areas have a limited capacity and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We cannot save or reserve spots.

Lallycooler does not provide mobility devices, personal care attendants or personal transportation services, such as golf carts. We recommend bringing any necessary support equipment or caregivers.

We do not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to changes in personal schedules, weather or other unforeseen events. Prices, dates, times, performers and performances are subject to change. Such changes do not dictate a refund or exchange unless authorized by the producer, promoter or 3e Encore. By purchasing these passes, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

Please note that all festival pass purchases are final. Credit card transaction charges are not refundable. Once redeemed, passes and tickets are non-transferable. Once a pass is scanned at the festival, it cannot be transferred to another user.

If the event is cancelled, the price of your pass and taxes will be refunded.

Lallycooler Music Festival is rain or shine! In cases of severe weather such as lightning nearby, hail, flooding or tornado warnings, the festival may be paused or evacuated for safety as directed by local emergency personnel. Our team will monitor conditions and will work with experts to ensure a safe experience. If severe weather impacts the festival, we’ll provide updates on our website and social media. If the event is cancelled, the price of your pass and taxes will be refunded.

Lallycooler Music Festival passes will be issued electronically via the 3eEncore App 30 days prior to the festival. If you currently have the 3eEncore App downloaded, your pass will go directly to the app. If you are a first-time user, you’ll receive an email to download the 3e Encore app which will house your ticket.

Passes are available only at Lallycooler.com and 3eEncore.com. We do not guarantee the validity of passes purchased through third-party sellers. Fraudulent passes may result in denied entry without refund.

Unauthorized sellers may also advertise fake camping or parking options. For your protection, purchase only through official channels.

Yes, day-of passes will be available. For the quickest and most convenient way to secure your spot, we recommend purchasing your passes online at Lallycooler.com or 3eEncore.com.

Once a pass is scanned at the festival, it cannot be transferred to another user.

Please note, there will be no specific activities for children and alcohol will be available for purchase at the event. Admission is free for children 2 years old and under. Children ages 3 and older require a full-priced ticket. Festival management considers parents/guardians to be the best decision-makers on what is appropriate for their children and families.

Yes! The festival is cashless but select vendors and the VIP bar will accept cash. Food, drinks and merchandise can be purchased with credit or debit cards. Be sure to bring a cashless payment method for a smooth and easy experience!
