Launched in 2025 by the Washington Pavilion in partnership with 3e Encore and MarketBeat, Lallycooler was built as a homegrown festival with regional draw. National touring artists share the stage with regional favorites, creating two nights that feel big, bold and distinctly Sioux Falls.
